For 48 Hour Dispatch please expect the item within 5-7 Working days. We will always do our best to make these times quicker. For all OTHER orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday (GMT) will be sent on the same working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. During busy periods it’s possible your orders will not be dispatched on the same working day however we expect this to be a rare occurrence. We send our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hour delivery.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email sales@gardinersfarmandcountry.co.uk to notify us that you will be returning an item. We also recommend that you return the item using tracked delivery. We can not be held responsible for returned items that don't reach us.
