Gardiners Farm & Country Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Gardiners farm & Country will accept for return or exchange items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer.  For a full refund or exchange please return your item within 21 days from receipt of the original order.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days of from the receipt of original order.  Items must be returned with all tags still attached and and must be in their original packaging.

Please email to notify us that you will be returning an item & we will send you the return address.

We also recommend that you return the item using tracked delivery. 

Once the item is received and we are satisfied it is still in its original state we will provide the refund or exchange.

Cut-off time for same day dispatch
All orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday (GMT) will be sent on the same working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. During busy periods it’s possible your orders will not be dispatched on the same working day however we expect this to be a rare occurrence.
We send our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hour delivery.
Wrong or Faulty item received
If we have dispatched an incorrect or faulty item we will require photographic proof of the item received. If approved we will issue you with a returns label to send the item back to us. Once received a replacement or refund will be issued as requested.
Item doesn't fit or not suitable.
If you have received an item which doesn't fit or isn't suitable then the return will be at the cost of you the buyer.  Returns should be in original condition, in original packaging with tags still attached.
Out of stock items
At times it may be possible that an item will go out of stock, in this case we will cancel the order and refund you for the item.
You can select from 2 shipping methods for your orders: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will always try to ship your parcels using your selected shipping method however if this is not possible we will select an appropriate alternative to ensure you receive your order on time. 
Tracking information
Tracking information will be emailed to the billing email address at the time of dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is lost by the courier you can complete a claims form and return it back to us for submission to the relevant courier. Please bear in mind that the claims process is managed by the courier and their decision is final.
